Elastomer Plugs Inlet And Outlet Pipes Inlet/Outlet Pipes are designed to attach to the Splice Sleeve to create a path for the grout to be pumped from the concrete surface in to the Splice Sleeve. Pipes are installed into the splice sleeve and capped with a hole seal before casting of the concrete panels. Hole Seals Hole Seals (HS) are plastic plugs designed to temporarily prevent intrusion of the concrete into PVC pipe during casting of concrete elements.
